Meghashree Alampally – FOUNDER
Naksham was founded by Ar. Meghashree Alampally, with B.Arch. Degree from RVSA, Bengaluru, and M. Arch in Advanced design from Manipal School of Planning and Architecture, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Karnataka. She was awarded University topper at Manipal for her batch.
With 13 years of on-field practice and over 50 constructions as a freelancer, she began on her own with Naksham in 2022 with an intention of bringing the importance of Vaastu Shilpi or Architects in Design engineering. Her idea is to provide designs as ideated and thought of in drawings and plans that becomes the fundamentals of changes, adaptations, incorporation of technology and using the right focal points towards perfect construction.
She has a team who resonate her thoughts and values – the team excels in building architecture and design consultancy. Naksham is an amalgamation of only licensed architects (B.Arch and M.Arch) and structural engineers from reputed colleges.

Poornima Krishna - FINANCIAL ADVISOR
A Retired IT professional, she is the backbone of Naksham. With her immense corporate experience, she brings in her ideas on management guiding Nakshma at each step. She handles the Finance and heads the software department too.
Being Megha’s mother, she lends her support to the dreams and goals of her daughters idea, literally being the wind beneath her wings!
Ravindra D P - CO-FOUNDER
Coming from the business world, Ravindra has lent his knowledge and keen sense of business to Naksham, pushing it to provide their best to customers and also at a practical cost. He is the Marketing and Business advisor at Naksham.
