Yes! Only at an additional cost. Otherwise, our drawings are very clear and simple for any individual to understand and check for themselves. If you opt for 3D visuals and a scaled physical model, there will be a better understanding of the same.

Yes! A complete structural drawing can be provided at an additional cost. Basic positions of columns and beams are considered from an inhouse structural consultancy team before detailed working drawings are issued and after the scheme is finalized.

There is no fixed limit for this. Any scale is welcome, it can be as small as 64 sft too- which is 8 feet by 8 feet room. This is the minimum required liveable space as mention in the NBC (National Building codes) for a single person for comfortable living.

We take 75% of the payment to start the process and the remaining 25% before we handover the complete details after one revision of required changes.

The drawings are given in the form of printouts arranged in the sequence of the requirement for the construction process. The 3D visuals are also given in printouts on photo papers. If opted for scaled physical model, that will be made in MDF and given. The same will be shared with you in a PDF format for multiple printouts. In case DWG formats are required, that will be provided at an additional cost. 

Though we are licensed to sign the Govt sanctions, we do not undertake any kind of govt procedure for the same. But we will provide you with the required drawings at an additional cost.

Yes! We follow all the required building bye law and NBC standards which is region specific. We also follow required fire safely regulations.

Yes! We provide drawings for MEP services for all kind of residential projects, landscape projects with the help of MEP consultancy (outsourced) including in the cost. For commercial buildings beyond 10,000 sft the MEP consultancy will be additional.
